Tater-Tot Casserole

Here is a family favorite of ours. It is cheap, easy to make and delicious. Feeds a family of 5 and the kids love it!
prep time: 10 minutes  bake time: 30 minutes

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees

Here is what you will need:

1 lb ground beef
1 bag of frozen tator tots
1 can of cream of mushroom soup
1 can of broccoli cheese soup
1 cup milk
1 small bag of frozen broccoli pieces

mix both cans of soup and milk in a saucepan and warm, set aside
cook ground beef and spread in the bottom of a casserole dish or cake pan. Layer the tator tots on top of the beef. Sprinkle the broccoli pieces over the tator tots (use as much or as little as you like), pour the soup mixture over the top making sure to cover completly. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes, remove foil and continue cooking for 10 more minutes. cool for 5 minutes before serving.

 

You can change ingrediants to your liking. I have made it with sausage instead or half and half. I have also used mushrooms, shredded cheese and corn instead of broccoli.
