<p>The first rule, of course, is to reduce fat. And here we need a clarification: not all fats are equal, and not all are bad. Those that are bad for your figure and health are saturated fats, contained mainly in meat and dairy products, which should be eaten in moderation. One gram of these fats, in fact, contains no less than 9 calories, plus contribute to the formation of LDL cholesterol and clogging of blood vessels.</p>

<p>How is Christian weight loss different from all of the other weight loss programs out there? Most people think that their faith does not have anything to do with their outward appearance, but that is not true. God is concerned with the whole person, and what is causing you to be overweight is having an impact in all areas of your life and could be hindering your Christian walk.</p>
<p>When a Christian woman has come to the decision that it is time to do something about her weight, turning to a Christian weight loss program should be an easy decision. Know that God dearly loves you and that He wants you to be healthy and have a right relationship both with Him and with the food that He has blessed you with for the nourishment of your body.
